Summit Project Management has provided Owner's Representation and Program Management Services for the Yocha Dehe Wintun Indians since April of 2010. Completed projects include the Events Center Project Design to 100% CD and Bid Package, 200 room hotel remodel, 12 MegaWatt Standby Generator Plant, Influent Lift Station, 21kV Power and Joint Trench underground utilities upgrade, Disaster Recovery Room Project, Asian Kitchen Restaurant Project, and Cache Creek Casino Summer Stage 3,000 seat Concert Venue. Projects currently under development include Golf Course Drive Landscape Improvements Project, Surface Water Irrigation Project, Chang Shou Restaurant Porch Enclosure Project, Tribal Community Guard Station and Entry Road Project and Club 88 Renovation Project.
